The National Leader in On Demand Professional Services
Everyday life poses problems that require the insight and guidance of a professional to obtain a positive result. Unfortunately, at an average of $100-$250 per hour, the cost of getting professional help for everyday problems makes the possibility of a positive outcome only available to the wealthy. Now imagine a totally different scenario. One where a consumer can call one number and speak to a professional such as a mental health clinician, lawyer or a veterinarian. All services are offered at low fixed fees. Most importantly, the professionals make their living by providing clients with low cost solutions and not by getting the client to hire them by the hour. Our Company was designed and built to change the way professional services are delivered. Along the way, we have written the book on what are known as ‘unbundled’ professional services. ‘Unbundling’ professional services means that the consumer can purchase the exact amount of professional help they require. In addition to Professional Advice by telephone or e-mail ,we offer superior Internet-based Content and a comprehensive set of do-it-yourself tools available by web or by mail. Our primary focus is on making sure the client will get the best result possible. Our philosophy is that with our services many consumer problems, can be handled inexpensively and expeditiously. However, in cases where it is clear that the client will be best served with traditional representation, we can explain to them how they can find the right person for the job, or make a referral to an outside panel of local professionals who will take the case at a discount off their customary rate. Professionalism is Our Hallmark but Our Technology Sets us Apart One of the main reasons professional help is expensive is because professionals require a great number of complex business systems to support them. Keeping track of client scheduling, and maintaining client records organized and accessible are critical elements in providing quality professional services. Traditionally, professional firms offering very low cost services used them as a lead generator for their practices. If they lost money on the interaction it was justified as marketing expense. Ultimately, the client suffered because the focus of the professional was not on delivering low cost services but on getting high cost representation out of the transaction. Providing professional services inexpensively does not mean the quality of the product will be be sacrificed by cutting corners. My Professional Advice (MPA) has been designed from its inception to deliver low cost professional services. The Company’s business systems were built from the ground up to support that product concept. From that approach two unique, enabling, (patent pending), technologies have been developed- one is an Internet back office system called CATS and the other is a best-of-class On-Line Document Assembly system DAS@H. A sophisticated Internet based management system called the Client Advisor Telephony System or “CATS”, is the core of each of our professional advice lines. CATS is a web-based system that merges modern telephony with the speed and capabilities afforded by the Internet. CATS effectively combines data-entry, data transfer, database management and communication protocols in one unique and efficient package The CATS website provides scheduling, client record keeping, and administration functions on-line and in real time. CATS connects all of our Marketing Partners and their clients to our call center, our administrators and our professionals in all 50 states. CATS allows us to dramatically increase the speed with which we share and use information, while dramatically lowering our costs and increasing the amount of personalization and customer care. MPA has developed its own proprietary Internet-based document assembly technology, Document Assembly System at Hyper-speed, or DAS@H, which produces customized documents from simple questionnaires filled out on our websites by the consumer. DAS@H produces highly customized documents and detailed instructions in Rich Text Format (RTF), allowing the document to be immediately printed or saved by the consumer on their own PC. DAS@H allows us to deliver documents that are customized to the client’s specific needs and circumstances. Our clients simply choose a document from one of our websites, fill out an expert questionnaire and the document and instructions are instantly delivered right to their computer’s word processing software. There are no blanks to fill in, nothing to figure out and nothing to download or install. The finished product is indistinguishable from a document that took a lawyer many hours to draft.
